Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return and ship the order back.

Eligibility & Item Condition

Items must be pristine: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all original tags attached.

Packaging is part of the product and must be returned undamaged.

Items not suitable for resale will be declined.

Note: Our return policy sits alongside your statutory rights.

Return Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Duties and taxes collected at checkout are refunded once the return is approved.

Start a Return (Approval Required)

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal and submit a return within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for approval.

  3. Do not ship before approval.

  4. Do not combine orders—each order returns in its own parcel and label.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange size for the same model and color, subject to availability.
If the size is unavailable, we’ll refund after we receive and approve your return.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of inspection at our facility.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

Responsibility in Transit

Until the parcel reaches us, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Please use the DHL Express label that comes within the box and keep your drop-off receipt as proof.

Faulty or Pre-Worn on Arrival

If something arrives damaged or appears pre-worn, contact us immediately at customer@projectscandinavia.com with your order number and photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.

Return Packing & Drop-Off

  1. Fold carefully and place items in the original inner box.

  2. Insert the inner box into the outer shipping box.

  3. Seal securely.

  4. Attach the DHL Express return label on top (remove/cover the original label).

  5. Drop off at a DHL Express service point.
    (Note: Not all pickup points accept DHL Express.)
    Prefer a pickup? Email customer@projectscandinavia.com and we'll arrange it.

  6. Keep the receipt as proof of return until we confirm receipt of the delivery.
