2. Scope & Acceptance

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms apply to consumers. If you are purchasing as a business, contact us for B2B terms.

3. Pre-contract Information

We provide, before checkout, clear information about our identity, main product characteristics, total price incl. taxes/fees, delivery costs, payment methods, delivery times, the 14-day right of withdrawal, complaint rights, and our Returns & Delivery Policies.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

Placing items in the cart does not create a contract. A binding contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g., stock error), we will notify you and refund any paid amounts promptly.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately before you place the order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; card payments are processed by our payment partners using secure encryption (e.g., 3-D Secure).

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery options, times and costs are detailed at checkout and in our Delivery Policy. Title to goods passes when we have received full payment. Risk transfers when the goods are delivered to you (or a carrier chosen by you). (If you choose your own carrier, risk transfers at handover to that carrier.)

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK/Norway)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you (or your nominee) receive the goods to withdraw, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, contact us via the Customer Portal or email. You must send back the goods within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. We refund the price and the standard outbound shipping cost (if charged) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. You bear the cost of return (unless otherwise stated). We may deduct for diminished value if items were handled beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions: No withdrawal for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., underwear/swimwear), custom/personalized items, or goods that by nature become inseparably mixed with other items. Full list available at checkout/Returns Policy.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (summary)

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how to initiate returns/exchanges (size exchanges for the same model and color subject to availability). Refunds are made to the original payment method. See the Return Policy for packing, labels and DHL Express drop-off/pick-up details.

9. Defects & Statutory Rights (Sweden/EU)

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Under Swedish law, you can complain (reklamera) about a defect within 3 years of delivery. If an item is non-conforming, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission, depending on circumstances. Contact customer@projectscandinavia.com promptly; notification within two months of discovering a defect is always considered timely.

10. Promotions, Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Promotions and codes apply per the specific terms stated. Codes are time-limited, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and (unless stated) one per order. If you return items purchased with a code, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

11. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by our negligence. Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or otherwise breach law or these Terms).

12. Content & IP

All site content is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit the site or content except as permitted by law or with our written consent. If you provide reviews or user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for store operations and marketing (you can withdraw future use by emailing us).

13. Privacy & Cookies

14. Service Changes

We may update products, prices and content from time to time. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively and do not affect orders already confirmed.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intentional misconduct/gross negligence, or for violation of mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit) not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, lock-outs, acts of government, pandemics, natural disasters, major network outages). We will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact.

17. Customer Service & Complaints; ADR (ARN)

If you have a complaint, contact customer@projectscandinavia.com. If we cannot resolve it, you can bring it to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). Information about filing (including eligibility and fee) is available on ARN’s website. We follow applicable decisions/recommendations issued by ARN.

18. Governing Law & Venue

Swedish law applies, with the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence if outside Sweden. Disputes may be brought before the competent Swedish courts or, if you reside in another EU/EEA country, before the courts of your residence.

19. Severability & Assignment

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset transfer.
